Learn what AI says about youand what it holds against you
FullReach AI asks each AI platform what your brand is known for, and what speaks against it. It groups the answers into themes, keeps the quotes and compares you with up to five rivals.
| Theme | Pipedrive | HubSpot | In the answers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visual sales pipeline | 78 | 41 | “Pipedrive is known for its visual, drag-and-drop sales pipeline.” |
| Easy to learn | 64 | 47 | “Teams pick it up quickly, with little training.” |
| Built for small teams | 55 | 30 | “It suits small and mid-sized sales teams best.” |
| Good value | 38 | 22 | “Its entry plans cost less than most rivals.” |
| Integrations | 31 | 69 | “It connects to the main email and calendar tools.” |

Qualities
What AI says your brand is known for. 5 fixed questions, asked every week on each platform.
Objections
What AI says against your brand. 3 fixed questions, asked every week.
Themes
The answers grouped into up to 12 themes per kind. Each theme gets a score from 0 to 100.
Identity check
Whether an answer describes your company, another company with your name, or never names you.
Go past the mention. See the case AI makes.
Visibility tells you whether AI names you. Perception asks AI about you by name and keeps what it says, in its own words.
See the shape of your brand
The Brand shape chart puts your theme scores next to a rival’s. A gap shows a theme where the rival scores higher. You choose the themes it draws.
Know every objection
Objections lists what AI holds against you or any compared rival, with the quotes and the platforms behind them. An objection that three or more answers raise against a rival becomes an Opening in Actions.
“It has few built-in marketing features.”
“Its reports are basic next to larger CRMs.”
“Add-ons raise the price as a team grows.”
Read the quote, not a summary
Every theme keeps the sentences it comes from. Open a theme to read them, then open the full answer.
Catch a namesake
AI sometimes describes another company with your name. The identity check finds those answers and keeps them out of your scores.
2 of 56 answers describe a different company. 1 answer does not name Pipedrive. Only 53 answers describe this brand. The scores use only those answers.
See what changes
Each theme shows its change against the previous period. A new theme gets a first seen tag. A theme the answers stop raising is listed with its last score.
Not raised this period: “Customer support” (was 12)
Compare every brand on one table
All compared brands shows the same themes for you and up to five rivals. A dash means the answers never raised that theme for the brand.

Ask ChatGPT what AI holds against you.

What do AI answers hold against us?
The most common objection is limited marketing tools. ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot all raise it.
HubSpot does not get this objection. Its top objection is that it is expensive for small teams.

Brand Perception questions
What is brand perception in AI search?
It is how AI platforms describe your brand when someone asks about it by name: what you are known for, and what speaks against you.
How is this different from sentiment?
Sentiment classes each mention in your tracked answers as positive, neutral or negative. Perception asks direct questions about your brand and groups the answers into themes, with quotes.
How is a theme scored?
By rank. In each answer, the theme raised first scores 100, and each theme after it scores 10 fewer. The score averages those points over every answer about the brand. A low score means the answers rarely raise the theme. It is not a sentiment score.
Which brands can I compare?
Your brand and up to five competitors from your project.
Do perception questions count toward my prompts?
No. FullReach AI asks eight fixed questions about each brand every week, in your market with the most prompts. They do not count toward the prompts in your plan.
What is the identity check?
Some answers describe another company with the same name. The identity check marks each answer as this company, another company, not named, or could not judge. Only answers about this company score.
Which plans include Brand Perception?
