What does the client report look like?
Each client project gets a report for every closed calendar month. It shows the brand's visibility, share of voice, sentiment and recommendation status, each with the change from the month before. It adds the daily trend, the most visible competitors, each AI platform, the sources the answers cite and the ChatGPT product cards. It states how many answers the month rests on, and it ends with a plain definition of each metric for your client.
The header carries your logo and "Prepared by" with your agency's name. You can write a note of up to 2,000 characters for each month, and hide the sections a client does not need. The dashboard prints the report to PDF, and you send it to the client.

Do AI answers name Acme more often than its competitors?
Yes. Acme has 33.3% share of voice, ahead of Competitor C at 23.6%. Acme is named in 69.2% of 1,636 answers. That is down 0.3 points on the month before.
Measured on 31 days, over 1,636 analyzed answers to 8 prompts from ChatGPT, Copilot, Google AI Overviews, Grok, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini. The figures exclude 1 prompt that names Acme, because an answer to it names the brand by default. Each change compares with the month before.

Visibility. The share of answers that name this brand. An answer is what one platform returned to one prompt in one market on one day. Failed answers do not count.
Share of voice. This brand's mentions divided by the mentions of all monitored brands. A brand counts at most once per answer, however often it is repeated.
Sentiment. Every brand mention is classified positive, neutral or negative. The tile shows the share of positive mentions with the full distribution.
Recommendation. Separate from sentiment: whether an answer recommends this brand, names it only, or advises against it.
How does one login work for many clients?
A project per client
Each client is a project with its own prompts, markets, languages and competitors. When you add a client, the setup suggests up to five competitors and drafts up to 50 prompts, within what the plan has left. You check them, change them and start the project. Its first answers arrive the same day.
Your whole team
Your whole team works in one organization. Admins manage billing, client projects and the report logo. Members edit prompts, competitors and notes.
A digest and two alerts
Every week, your team gets a digest for each client. An alert comes when a prompt's answers name no company at all on its last seven collection days. An alert also comes when a client's robots.txt starts to block an AI crawler.
How many clients fit a plan?
| Plan | Client projects | Prompts for all clients | A month | Per client, a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1 | 50 | 65€ | 65€ |
| Pro | 2 | 150 | 165€ | 82.50€ |
| Advanced | 5 | 350 | 360€ | 72€ |

Advanced, sized
485€ a month24.25€ per client
Prices are the annual rate a month, billed yearly. Advanced adds prompts and client projects above its own. On monthly billing, the plans cost 80€, 200€ and 420€ a month. Every plan starts with a 7-day trial and no card. A trial holds at most the Pro plan's limits. Starter starts 1 pitch, Pro 3 and Advanced 5 in any 30 days. A pitch is a 7-day audit of a prospect, outside the plan’s client projects and prompts. Only a paid plan starts a pitch.
Your client projects share the plan's prompts. You can give one client more prompts than another. A prompt in a second market or language counts as a second prompt. When a client leaves, pause the project. It keeps everything it collected, and its slot and its prompts become free for the next client.
What does each client project measure?
7 AI platforms, every day
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews and Grok. Each prompt runs once a day on each platform, in one of 97 countries or Worldwide, and in any language.
Four metrics
Visibility, share of voice, sentiment and recommendation status. Recommendation status shows whether an answer recommends the brand, only names it, or advises against it. Every number opens into the answers it counts.
Topics and personas
A topic groups prompts. A persona is a short description of the buyer, such as "I run a small agency", added to the start of a prompt. Every metric splits by both.
Sources
The pages and domains the answers cite, and whether the client's own site is among them.
Searches
The web searches ChatGPT and Grok ran before they answered.
Products
The product cards ChatGPT showed, per brand, product and seller.
Actions
A worklist of what to do, such as a best-of list to get onto or a crawler to let in. Each item names its evidence.
AI visits and crawler visits
The client's Google Analytics sessions from AI platforms, and the AI crawlers that requested the client's pages. You connect them per client.

Questions agencies ask
Can my client log in?
No. Everyone in your organization sees every client project. Send your client the PDF report, or use our MCP server to build your own report.
Does the report go to the client automatically?
No. You print the report to PDF from the dashboard and send it yourself. When a month closes, the next weekly digest tells your team that the report is ready.
Does the FullReach AI name appear on the report?
When you upload your logo, the header shows your logo and your agency's name. Without a logo, the header shows the FullReach AI name. The report has no FullReach AI footer or watermark. The weekly digests and alerts go to your team only, and they carry the FullReach AI name.
Can I charge my clients for this work?
Yes. Our terms let you use your results in your business and share them with the client they concern. The dashboard itself is for your own team.
Can I get the numbers into Data Studio?
Yes, from the Advanced plan, through the Data Studio connector. Data Studio is the new name of Looker Studio. From the Pro plan, each dashboard table also exports to CSV. The report prints to PDF.
Can I show a prospect their own numbers?
Yes. Start a pitch from the project menu. A pitch measures the prospect's brand on all seven platforms for seven days, with up to 25 prompts. It uses none of the plan's client projects or prompts, and its first answers arrive the same day.
Starter starts 1 pitch, Pro 3 and Advanced 5 in any 30 days. The trial has none. When you win the client, convert the pitch to a client project. The project keeps every answer the pitch collected. The pitch still counts toward the allowance.
Can I see all my clients in one view?
Each dashboard shows one client. The Projects list shows every client and the prompts each one uses.
Where is the data, and is there a GDPR agreement?
FullReach AI is an EU company in Lithuania. The data sits with a cloud host in Ireland. Our terms include the data processing terms that Article 28 of the GDPR asks for, and the privacy notice lists who processes the data.
What does the trial include?
A 7-day trial with no card, on the plan you pick. A trial holds at most the Pro plan's two client projects and 150 prompts. When you sign up, you see real answers for your first client's brand from ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity before you pay. That first look asks three platforms, and the project then runs on all seven.
A project collects answers from the day you add it, and it has no earlier history. So the first client report covers the first full calendar month, and the trial shows the sample report above.
We have more than five clients. What then?
The Advanced plan holds five client projects, and it grows to 40. Move its sliders on the pricing page to see the price for your client count. Past 40 clients or 2,000 prompts, talk to us about a Custom plan.
