The two tools

FullReach AI

FullReach AI is an AI search analytics tool for marketing teams and agencies. It tracks visibility, share of voice, sentiment and recommendation status daily, in the answers seven AI platforms show their users. It covers 97 countries or Worldwide in any language, and sells every platform on every plan for one price.

Profound

Profound is an enterprise AI search tool. It sells one custom-priced Enterprise plan through a demo, with up to nine answer engines, an agent layer, prompt volume data and SOC 2 compliance. A free 7-day trial covers three engines.

Plans

What does each plan cost with every AI platform?

All prices are a month. Each price row compares the two tools on one billing period. On FullReach AI, the same question in a second market counts as a second prompt. The Advanced plan grows to 2,000 prompts and 40 projects, and a Custom plan goes past that, priced on request. "Of the 7 platforms" counts the platforms FullReach AI measures. "Other platforms" names the rest.

Features

How do the other features compare?

FeatureFullReach AIEvery planProfound
PersonasA persona is a short description of the buyer, such as “I run a small agency”. FullReach AI adds it to the start of each prompt that carries the persona, when the prompt is asked each day. The answer page shows it. Every plan allows up to 10 personas per project, and a persona adds no extra answer.Profound sells personas on the Enterprise plan. Each persona runs as an extra execution of the prompt, beside the plain one. It counts against the prompt limit.
TopicsEach prompt has one topic. The dashboard splits every metric by topic.Topics and tags organise and filter prompts.
Web searches behind an answerFullReach AI shows the searches ChatGPT and Grok report before they answer. It groups them by wording and names the brands in each. A search that names a rival and not the brand becomes a suggested prompt.Profound shows query fan-outs beside each tracked prompt, with how often each search ran.
AI crawlers and AI visitsCrawler Visits counts the requests AI crawlers make to your site, from your logs or Cloudflare. AI Visits counts the sessions AI assistants send to it, from your GA4. Crawlability shows what robots.txt and the homepage let each AI crawler read.Profound shows crawler and referral analytics through CDN integrations.
Languages and marketsEach prompt runs in the market and language you pick. The same question in a second market counts as a second prompt. You can write a prompt in any language, and FullReach AI never translates it. No plan caps markets. The trial covers one language and one region. Enterprise sets both per customer.
Team membersNo plan charges for a seat. Invite everybody who needs the numbers. The trial and Enterprise include unlimited seats.
Reports and exportsEvery plan has a monthly report per project that prints to PDF, with your own name and logo. Dashboard tables export to CSV from the Pro plan. The Data Studio connector comes from the Advanced plan.No exports on the trial. CSV and JSON on Enterprise.
Assigned contactEvery plan comes with an assigned contact in the dashboard, who replies within one business day. You can also book a call. The trial has no support. Enterprise offers email, a dedicated Slack channel or a dedicated specialist.

Method

How does FullReach AI measure?

FullReach AI asks each prompt once a day in each platform's public web app, as a visitor sees it. Google's AI answers come from Google Search itself. Each prompt runs in its own market and language. Each question starts in a fresh session with no history. When a prompt carries a persona, the persona's description of the buyer is part of the question. FullReach AI records the model version behind an answer when the platform reports one. Every metric comes from the stored answers and opens into them. There is no composite score. The rules are on the methodology page.

  • ChatGPT
  • Gemini
  • Perplexity
  • Copilot
  • Google AI Mode
  • Google AI Overviews
  • Grok
Which one

Which one should you choose?

Choose FullReach AI if

  • You want a published price and a plan you can start today without a sales call.
  • You want personas on every plan, sent with the prompt when FullReach AI asks it each day, not as an extra execution.
  • You want Grok measured, and an MCP server on the entry plan.
  • You want an assigned contact on every plan, trial included.
  • You want a European supplier under EU data protection rules.
  • You want every metric to open into the answers it came from.
  • You want an alert the day a prompt turns silent or robots.txt newly blocks an AI crawler.

Choose Profound if

  • Your procurement needs SOC 2, SSO or SAML, and a dedicated account team.
  • You want agents that research, draft and act, not only a measurement.
  • You want prompt volume data drawn from real usage.
  • You need Claude, DeepSeek or Exa Search measured, or the plain answer and a persona’s answer side by side.

Consider both if

  • Both run a free trial. Profound’s lasts 7 days on three engines, and FullReach AI’s lasts 7 days on all seven.
  • Both show the web searches an assistant ran beside each prompt.
  • Both measure daily and keep the answer behind every number.
  • Both track the product cards that ChatGPT shopping answers show.
  • Both count the AI crawlers that request your pages. FullReach AI reads your logs or Cloudflare, and Profound reads CDN integrations.
Questions

Questions buyers ask

What does Profound cost?

Profound’s pricing page shows a free 7-day trial and a custom-priced Enterprise plan on the date we read it. It publishes no monthly price. FullReach AI’s prices are on its pricing page and in the table above.

Which tracks more AI engines?

FullReach AI measures seven on every plan, Grok included. Profound’s Enterprise plan lists nine, Claude, DeepSeek and Exa Search among them, and not Grok. Profound’s trial covers three.

How do personas differ?

Profound runs each persona as an extra execution of the prompt, beside the plain one, on the Enterprise plan. On every plan, FullReach AI adds one persona to the start of the prompt when it asks the prompt each day. A persona is a short description of the buyer.

Does FullReach AI have an Enterprise plan?

Yes, the Custom plan. It goes past the Advanced plan’s 2,000 prompts and 40 projects. It measures the same public web apps and adds the AI vendors’ own APIs. FullReach AI prices it on request.

Does FullReach AI have SOC 2?

No. FullReach AI is an EU company and works under EU data protection law. Its privacy page states how. Profound states SOC 2 compliance on its pricing page.

Does either tool act on the findings?

Profound sells agents that draft and act. FullReach AI reports where a brand is absent and which sources those answers drew on, and turns them into Actions, each with its evidence. It also suggests prompts from the searches that name rivals. It writes no content for you.

Can I run both?

Yes. Neither touches your site. Run Profound’s trial and FullReach AI’s on the same prompts and compare the answers.
