This guide compares nine tools that track a brand in AI answers. They are FullReach AI, Peec AI, Profound, Otterly AI, Scrunch, AthenaHQ, Semrush AI Visibility, Ahrefs Brand Radar and Rankscale. They differ in the platforms each plan includes, in the price of one prompt on every platform, and in the evidence behind each number. FullReach AI is our own product, and it comes first.

Which tool fits which need?

FullReach AI
Marketing teams and agencies that want seven AI platforms measured daily at one price.
Peec AI
Marketing teams that want many features, with three models on each plan.
Profound
Enterprises whose security review needs SOC 2 and SSO, and teams that want agents rather than a dashboard.
Otterly AI
Small teams that want ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot on every plan, from 15 prompts a month.
Scrunch
Teams that want four engines on one self-serve plan, and enterprises that want content delivery to AI agents as well as monitoring.
AthenaHQ
Small teams that want many models and an agent that edits content, and can budget in credits.
Semrush AI Visibility
Teams already paying for Semrush who want AI visibility in the same login.
Ahrefs Brand Radar
Existing Ahrefs customers, and established brands that want to benchmark against a large prompt database.
Rankscale
Agencies that want many engines and white-label dashboards at a low price and can manage a credit budget.

What should you compare before you choose?

Every tool on this page asks AI platforms the questions your buyers ask. Each one records whether the answers name your brand. The tools differ in six places.

1. The platforms on the plan

Check which AI platforms the plan includes, and which ones are add-ons. Some tools include a fixed number of models per plan and charge a monthly fee for each further model. Other tools sell credits, and each answer uses credits.

2. The price of one prompt on every platform

Take the monthly price and add the add-on fees for the platforms you need. Divide the total by the prompts the plan tracks on all of them. This number can differ from the price on the plan card. The table does this for the plans we compare. Tick the platforms you need.

The table opens with six platforms ticked. Untick the ones you do not need. Prices are monthly, on monthly billing, for one market. A market is a country, or Worldwide. On FullReach AI, a second market counts as a second prompt. Other tools can count markets differently. Each rival price comes from the pricing pages in its entry, read on the date in its row. Ahrefs sells checks: one prompt, asked once, on one platform. Each of its rows uses the cheapest package for that many prompts on the platforms here, and extra checks cost extra. AthenaHQ and Rankscale sell credits, so their entries state their prices instead.

3. Markets and languages

Check whether a prompt can run in another country and in another language. Check whether the plan limits the number of countries, and whether a second market counts as a second prompt. The same question in German, asked in Germany, can name different brands than it does in English.

4. The evidence behind each number

A visibility score counts the answers that name your brand. Check that you can open each number and read the answers behind it, with the platform and the date. Without the answers, you cannot check a change or explain it to a client.

AI answers can change from one day to the next. Ask how often the tool asks each prompt, and how many answers one number rests on.

5. Reports for a client or a manager

An agency usually sends each client a report every month. A marketing team sends one to its managers. Check whether the tool makes a report per brand with your own logo. Check what each plan limits: projects, brands or seats.

6. What the tool tells you to do

Some tools show where a brand appears. Others also list the sources that the answers cite, and suggest what to do about each source. Check which evidence each suggestion names.

For how FullReach AI collects its numbers, read the methodology.

Terms used in the entries

  • Prompt: one question the tool asks the AI platforms on a schedule.
  • Market: a country, or Worldwide. On FullReach AI, a prompt asked in the UK and in the US counts as two prompts.
  • Check: one prompt, asked once, on one platform in one location.
  • Credit: a unit some tools sell instead of prompts. Each answer uses credits.
  • Share of voice: your brand's mentions, divided by the mentions of your brand and every competitor you monitor.
  • Recommendation status: whether an answer recommends the brand, names it without a recommendation, or advises against it.
  • Query fan-out: the web searches an AI platform runs before it answers.
  • MCP: a connector that lets an AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, read the tool's data.
  • Data Studio: Google's free reporting tool. Its former name is Looker Studio.
  • Agent: software that acts on its own, for example to draft or edit a page.
  • CDN logs: the records of which crawlers and visitors requested your pages.
