On their entry plans, seven of the nine tools we compare run your own prompts in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity together. Of those, four include all three in the price. Read each platform apart, because they answer differently. On the same 47 questions, the most-named tool appeared in 48% of ChatGPT answers, 36% of Gemini answers and 23% of Perplexity answers.

Which tools cover all three platforms?

The table shows how each tool's entry plan sells ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity for your own prompts. "Included if picked" means that the plan includes a few platforms of your choice. "Add-on" costs a monthly fee on top of the plan. FullReach AI is our own product, and it comes first.

How differently do ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity answer?

We asked the same 47 questions about AI visibility tools on each platform, each day from 30 September to 13 October 2026. The questions ran in English, from Ireland. We track five tools in these answers.

  • The level differs. The most-named tool appeared in about half of the ChatGPT answers, and in under a quarter of the Perplexity answers.
  • The order held. The three most-named tools kept the same order on all three platforms.
  • The sources differ. ChatGPT answers cited one tool's own site 223 times. Gemini answers cited it 13 times.

So read each platform apart. A number for one platform does not predict the number for another, and the pages to work on differ too.

What is the best tool to track brand mentions in ChatGPT?

Every tool in the table tracks ChatGPT. So compare what each one records about a ChatGPT answer.

  • How often each prompt runs. ChatGPT answers change from day to day. A daily run shows a trend that a weekly run can miss.
  • The searches behind the answer. In our measurement, ChatGPT reported about 2.4 web searches for each answer. FullReach AI records the searches that ChatGPT and Grok report.
  • The sources. The pages that ChatGPT cites show where your brand must appear.
  • Product cards. For a shop, check whether the tool records the products that ChatGPT shows. FullReach AI records the product cards of ChatGPT.
  • Recommendation, not only mention. An answer can name a brand and still advise against it.

How do you track a brand in all three at once?

  1. Write the questions that your buyers ask, without your brand name. Our guide on which prompts to track explains the choice.
  2. Pick the market and the language of each question.
  3. Run each question on each platform every day.
  4. Read each platform apart: visibility, the competitors named and the sources cited.
  5. Act on the sources that one platform cites and another does not.

FullReach AI runs each prompt on all seven platforms every day, on every plan.

Can you track a brand by hand?

Yes, for a first look. Open each assistant in a private window, ask the same questions and note the brands in each answer. An assistant that knows your history can answer you differently. One answer a day also shows no trend, so the check gets slow as the questions grow.
