What does this Scrunch AI review measure?
This Scrunch AI review measures two things: what the pricing page of Scrunch states, read on 29 September 2026, and how AI answers treat Scrunch. Scrunch is an AI search tool that monitors brand citations and reports AI agent traffic to a site. Its Core plan costs $250 a month for 125 prompts on four engines, and Enterprise serves pages built for AI agents. The pricing page is the only page of Scrunch that we read. Every other number comes from our own project or our Search Console. The project tracks the category we sell in, AI visibility tools. The project monitors six brands, and Scrunch is one of them. Our review of AthenaHQ measures another of the six brands in the same structure.

What do AI answers say about Scrunch?
In the same 28 days, the project also asked the 7 AI platforms about Scrunch outright, on a weekly set of branded questions. 216 answers came back. 214 of them described this company, 1 described another company, and 1 named no company. Our guide on AI brand perception defines the rank points of a theme and the branded question set behind them. The strength themes rest on 133 answers, and the complaint themes on 81.
| Strength the answers repeat | Rank points | Mentions |
|---|---|---|
| AI search and visibility tracking | 82 | 112 |
| Advanced AI capabilities | 29 | 42 |
| Usability and learning curve | 18 | 29 |
| Pricing and affordability | 15 | 27 |
The first strength is the job itself: the answers describe a tool that tracks mentions, citations and sentiment across AI engines. The second names the GEO focus and the pages that Scrunch serves to AI agents. The third names ease of use and content briefs. The fourth is the published entry price, which the answers set against tools that publish none.
| Complaint the answers repeat | Rank points | Mentions |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing | 83 | 72 |
| Feature limitations | 72 | 66 |
| Data quality | 55 | 56 |
| Analytics and reporting | 31 | 32 |
| Usability and UX | 26 | 30 |
| Enterprise fit and scalability | 7 | 8 |
The pricing complaint names an entry price that the answers call steep for a small team, and engines that only Enterprise tracks. The feature complaint names reports that find a visibility problem and leave the fix to the customer. The data quality complaint names a weekly refresh of prompt data, weak exports and credits that run out. The reporting complaint calls the tool a view-only dashboard. Three complaint themes appeared for the first time in this window: performance and reliability, integrations, and the absence of a trial. The pricing page we read states a trial of 7 days, so the answers disagree with the page there.
