AI visibility agency or tool: what each costs per client

TL;DR

An AI visibility agency measures a brand in AI answers and does the work that follows: the pages, the outreach and the client report. A tool measures, lists the work and prints the report, and your team does the work. On 30 October 2026, one public rate card priced managed plans from $1,000 to $10,000 a month. Another priced outreach from $72 per placed link. FullReach AI's price per client is its plan's price divided by its 1, 2 and 5 client projects, up to 40.

A brand owner asks this question before signing a monthly retainer. An agency owner asks it to learn which part of the work a tool takes off the team. This guide states what three public rate cards charged on 30 October 2026, and what FullReach AI costs per client. It then names who does each task, and it gives a rule. Every agency figure in it carries the day we read the page. For the tools side by side, read our guide for agencies. For the report a client receives, read how to report AI visibility to clients.

What is an AI visibility agency?

An AI visibility agency is a service firm that measures a brand in AI answers and does the work that follows, for a monthly fee. The work has four tasks:

  1. Measure: ask the questions buyers ask on each AI platform, every day, and store the answers.
  2. Write: publish or improve the pages that the answers should cite.
  3. Request: ask the authors of cited pages, channels and best-of lists to add the brand.
  4. Report: show the client the change against the month before.

An AI visibility tool does the first task as software, and it turns the second and third into a list. Our guide on what an AI visibility tool is defines the measurement and its numbers. The rate cards below sell the second and third tasks as a monthly plan, or per piece.

What does the tool do, and what does it leave to a person?

The tool measures every day, builds a worklist and prints the monthly report. A person does the work on the list. In FullReach AI the worklist is the Actions page. An Action is one thing to do, with the losing answers it would touch as its evidence. A losing answer names a competitor and not the brand. The tool builds each Action from the stored answers of the last 28 days, and no model writes one.

An Action to publish a page carries a brief: how to write the page, and often a title and an address for it. A person writes the page from that brief. An Action on a cited place names that place, such as a best-of page, a YouTube channel or the author of an article. A person asks that place to add the brand. Our guide on what GEO tools are counts the Actions on the worklist and splits them into content and outreach. Our guide on visibility gaps counts the losing answers, and how many the week's list touches.

Reporting is the fourth task, and the tool prints a monthly report for each client project. Our guide on white-label reports shows which tools put the agency's logo on it.

What does an agency charge per client per month?

On 30 October 2026, one public rate card priced managed plans from $1,000 to $10,000 a month. A second page gave $1,000 to $5,000 a month as the range of an agency retainer. A third priced outreach per placed link, from $72 to $456. The table states each figure as its page did.

Seller and pagePriceUnitWhat the page ties to it
The HOTH, managed SEO plans$1,000 to $10,000a month, four plansA dedicated SEO manager on each plan. The service text names content, links and AI visibility, with no quantity per plan.
WebFX, SEO pricing page$1,000 to $5,000a month, the range the page gives for an agency retainerA market range, not a plan. The page states that AI search work raises the price, with no figure.
Fatjoe, blogger outreach$72 to $456per placed link, six tiersOne in-content link on a site of the tier’s Domain Rating, from DR10+ to DR60+. A monthly spend takes 10% off.

None of the three pages ties a page count or a request count to its fee. The managed plans name a dedicated SEO manager on each tier. The retainer page states that AI search work raises the price, and it gives no figure. The outreach card prices one placed link, not a listing on a best-of page. The outreach Actions ask for a listing or an author request, not for a link. So before you sign, ask for four counts in writing:

  1. The measurement: which questions, which AI platforms, how often, and whether you keep the answers.
  2. The pages: how many a month, and who approves them.
  3. The requests: how many a month, and to which sites.
  4. The report: which numbers, against which month, and who reads it.

Which should you pick?

Pick the agency when nobody on your team writes the pages and sends the requests. Pick the tool when somebody does. The table gives the rule for three situations.

What does a tool cost per client?

A tool's price per client is the plan's price divided by the client projects it holds, plus the cost of any extra prompts. A project is one tracked brand with its own prompts, markets and competitors. An agency with two brands for one client needs two projects. The table prices FullReach AI per client at 1, 2, 5, 10 and 40 clients. The two sized rows add client projects to the Advanced plan, with 50 prompts for each client. The plan grows to 40 clients.

Prices are the annual rate a month, billed yearly. FullReach AI costs 65€, 165€ and 360€ a month, billed yearly, for 50, 150 and 350 prompts, with every platform included. At 5 clients, the Advanced plan comes to 72€ per client a month. The lowest managed plan on the rate cards costs $1,000 a month, as its page stated on 30 October 2026. Our guide on how AI visibility tools price explains the three pricing units, and it lists the price of ten tools for one brand. Our guide for agencies sets the tools side by side on client projects, seat cost and the client report.
